Work situations
Fewer memorized answers More real participation
We work on jumping into the conversation, asking for clarification, explaining decisions and reacting when the meeting changes direction. Progress is tracked with clear, observable criteria
Meetings
Jump in, ask for clarification, agree, disagree, interrupt politely and answer without preparing everything first
Presentations
Organize the message, explain data, highlight what matters and answer questions
Negotiations
State a position, clarify conditions, react to an offer and buy time to answer
Interviews
Explain experience, responsibilities and results without relying on memorized answers
Clients and partners
Explain, ask, solve problems and keep a professional conversation going with Spanish-speaking clients and partners
How we start
First, we understand the situation
Before we set up the groups, we look at where Spanish shows up in your team's day and how each person does today
The program comes out of that analysis and is adjusted month by month, based on what we see in class
- 01
Context
Where Spanish shows up in these people's work and what they need to be able to do
See - 02
Interview
A spoken conversation with each person to confirm their level and build balanced groups
See - 03
Training
Practice built around the situations, language and skills they need
See - 04
Report
HR follows attendance and progress, and the program adapts to what we see

Between sessions
Practice can keep going outside class
Depending on the program, participants can use the FlowOut pronunciation apps: listen, record, compare and check the pronunciation of everyday work phrases
Practicing in the app, step by step:
- LISTEN
- RECORD
- COMPARE
- CHECK
- TRY AGAIN
Report for HR
Who takes part and what improves
Every month and at the end of the program, the company gets a report for each participant
- Attendance at each session and for the whole period
- Situations practiced: meetings, presentations, negotiations
- Progress in understanding, responding, interacting and pronunciation, on a 1 to 4 scale with observable criteria
- Strengths and focus points for the next period
